As a result of the research titled “Evaluation and comparison of the effectiveness of front labeling systems for prepackaged and ultra-processed foods and non-alcoholic beverages in the resident population in some districts of Cartago and San José, Costa Rica, 2022”, carried out by INCIENSA, the Healthy Costa Rica Association and the Pan American Health Organization; A document was launched with a series of public policy recommendations.
